LIVANCI – RETURN & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. Brand Commitment and Principle of Satisfaction
LIVANCI products are produced in limited quantities with care, based on traditional craftsmanship and the character of natural cotton. We believe each product will be enjoyed and used with satisfaction for many years.
Customer satisfaction is essential to us. Within the scope of applicable consumer legislation, buyers are granted the right of withdrawal. However, due to the natural fabric structure and production characteristics of LIVANCI products, certain conditions apply as outlined below.
2. Applicable Law
LIVANCI is a limited liability company established in the Republic of Türkiye and is subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
For international sales, Turkish legislation shall apply primarily; however, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer’s country of residence remain reserved.
3. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The withdrawal period begins on the date the product is delivered to the buyer.
Notification within 14 days is sufficient.
Notification may be made via email or through the return form.
After notification, the product must be returned within a reasonable time.
The right of withdrawal covers the right to try the product; it does not cover usage, washing, or any alteration of form.
4. General Conditions for Returns
4.1 Condition of Use
Products that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Products bearing perfume, deodorant, or cosmetic traces cannot be returned.
Products with missing accessories or damage cannot be returned.
Products for which shipping damage was not reported upon delivery cannot be returned.
4.2 Natural Fabric Characteristics
Weaving transitions, variations in thread density, measurement tolerance of 1–2 cm, and natural movement of cotton fabric are not considered manufacturing defects and do not constitute valid grounds for return.
5. Size Guide and Selection Responsibility
Reviewing the size guide is the buyer’s responsibility. In cases of incorrect size selection, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
6. International Sales
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs duties and import charges are non-refundable.
7. Defective Products
If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, all related costs will be covered by LIVANCI.
8. Refund Process
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
9. Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been washed or altered
Natural fabric tolerances and characteristics
10. Reference to Guides
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the Size and Fabric Guide.
11. Sustainability
Unnecessary returns create environmental impact. Buyers are advised to review product details carefully before purchasing.
