Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between LIVANCI TEKSTİL LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”) and the natural or legal person who becomes a member of the website located at www.livanci.com (“Member”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the Member’s registration to the Website, the use of services provided through the Website, the creation of orders, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Conditions
Membership begins upon the complete and accurate submission of the registration form available on the Website.

The Member agrees that all information provided is accurate, current, and belongs to them.

Any liability arising from the use of misleading, incomplete, or third-party information shall belong solely to the Member.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Member
The Member agrees to use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

The Member accepts that all transactions carried out through their account are deemed to have been performed by them.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Company
The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend Website services due to technical necessities or force majeure events.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of use contrary to this Agreement.

6. Termination
The Member may terminate their membership at any time.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership if the Member acts in violation of this Agreement.
